My name is Bill Marske, and my journey as President of Associated Claim Services, Inc. reflects a commitment to excellence in the insurance industry. After proudly serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, I pursued specialized training at Fox Valley Technical College and joined the company in 2001. I advanced to General Manager in 2010, and by 2015, I had become the majority shareholder and President.
With over 24 years of field experience as an independent property claims adjuster, I’m dedicated to exceptional client service, empathy for the insured, and team leadership. Since 2012, I've handled dispute resolution, serving as an appointed appraiser or selected as an umpire when the appraisal clause is invoked. I also specialize in managing large-scale property losses and offering expert consulting on disputed claims.
My expertise includes investigating, scoping, and estimating commercial, residential, farm, and liability property claims. I'm proficient in Xactimate and have held Haag Certified Inspector certifications in all three of their commercial, residential, and wind damage courses.
I'm actively involved in the insurance industry, serving as a board member of the Wisconsin Fire Loss Association (since 2014) and as a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA).
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family in the great outdoors. My favorite pursuits include hunting, fishing, boating, running, and downhill skiing.
