About Me

Bill’s journey to becoming President of Associated Claim Service, Inc. is a testament to his dedication and expertise. After four years of service in the United States Marine Corps, he joined the company in 2001 following his training at Fox Valley Technical College. Over the years, Bill rose through the ranks, becoming General Manager in 2010 and achieving the roles of majority shareholder and President in 2015.

With over two decades of continuous experience in property claims adjustment, Bill is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients, showing empathy to the insured, and cultivating leadership within his team. Since 2012, he has been selected more than 150 times to serve as an appraiser or umpire, showcasing his expertise in resolving disputes. Bill also excels in managing large property losses and providing consulting services on disputed claims.

Bill is an active member of the insurance community, proudly affiliated with the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA) and serving as a board member of the Wisconsin Fire Loss Association since 2014.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending quality time with his family in the great outdoors. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating, and running.

About Me

Jim graduated from the University of Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He began his professional career with AAA Insurance in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a multi-line field adjuster. Upon returning to Wisconsin, Jim worked for General Casualty Insurance (QBE) and later became part of a litigation adjuster team at Ameriprise Auto and Home Insurance Company.

Jim joined Associated Claim Service in 2007 and, in 2018, was elected Vice President of the corporation, becoming a shareholder. His passion lies in delivering high-quality claims investigations. Jim is an expert in managing field investigations for complex casualty claims of all types and severities.

With a wealth of experience, Jim possesses a deep understanding of insurance defenses and immunities, working closely with defense attorneys across Wisconsin.

While Jim’s clients benefit from his dedication, he strives to maintain a healthy work-life balance. A devoted husband, he cherishes time spent with his wife, family, friends, and their dogs and cat. Jim enjoys attending sporting events, participating in outdoor activities, and golfing with friends. Additionally, he serves on several church boards and regularly volunteers at his church.

About Me

Jake joined Associated Claim Service, Inc. in August 2015, bringing with him extensive experience across various levels of the restoration industry. His roles have ranged from administrative assistant and carpenter’s helper to operations manager for a local Fox Valley firm.

Jake possesses a strong background in construction and restoration, with expertise in using Xactimate and Symbility estimating software. He is a certified inspector in both Haag Commercial and Residential properties. Jake also holds a Texas All Lines Adjuster’s License, as well as property and casualty licenses in Michigan and Minnesota.

A United States Air Force veteran with one Iraq tour, Ryan Fuller brings a diverse background spanning multiple industries, contributing a wealth of experience to our team. With over a decade of expertise in the restoration industry, Ryan has excelled in leadership roles, successfully guiding his teams as an operations manager.

Ryan holds several certifications, including IICRC Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer, and Master Textile Cleaner. He also earned his Texas All Lines Adjuster License. Additionally, Ryan has completed Xactimate Level 1 and Level 2 training and holds a FAA UAV drone pilots license.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, coaching and watching youth sports, and engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, boating, hunting, fishing, and archery.

About Me

An alumnus of Eastern Kentucky University, Jim brings over a decade of experience in the mitigation and restoration industry, and another 12 years of property adjusting experience to Associated Claim Service, Inc. He holds a Life, Health, Property, and Casualty License with the state of Wisconsin, is a certified Restoration Industry Association Restorer, and is an IICRC-certified professional. Additionally, Jim has achieved Level 1 and Level 2 Xactimate certifications.

Based in Appleton, Jim’s location and extensive expertise make him an invaluable asset to his clients and to Associated Claim Service, Inc. as a property adjuster.

Gabriel Wertz

About Me

Gabe brings over 12 years of experience in field investigation and estimating as a project manager in the restoration industry, along with more than six years of successfully handling property claims as an independent adjuster. His exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills enable him to excel both individually and as part of a team.

A lifelong learner, Gabe combines meticulous attention to detail and outstanding customer service with a passion for delivering quality results to both the organization and its clients.

Gabe’s key competencies include being a licensed property and casualty adjuster, IICRC-certified Fire, Water, and Smoke, high level of Xactimate competency, FAA-certified, commercial drone pilot, HAAG-certified commercial and residential roof inspector.

Steve Boyd

About Me

Steve has been with Associated Claim Service, Inc. since 2019 and has worked as an independent property adjuster since 1999. His career began in 1997 as an in-house adjuster, following a strong foundation in construction as a general contractor and tradesman. Since his service as a builder with the Navy Seabees, starting in 1986, Steve has held roles as an estimator, quality control inspector, and construction trainer.

Steve specializes in handling commercial, residential, and agricultural claims, with expertise in large losses, water damage, and storm damage. He has also owned his own adjusting firm and managed property claim divisions for other regional companies. Based in southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin, Steve brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role.

Outside of work, Steve is devoted to his family—his wife and three sons—and is actively involved in his community. In his free time, he is an avid adventurer, enjoying fishing, hunting, hiking, and adventure motorcycle riding in the backcountry across the United States. Known for his commitment to detail and ability to tackle challenges head-on, Steve is a valued and dedicated member of the Associated Claim Service team.

An alumna of Western Technical College, Jordyn Lambert brings four years of experience in property claims adjusting to Associated Claim Service, Inc., with a specialized focus on storm damage. She also holds additional licenses in Indiana, Minnesota, and Michigan.

Jordyn’s exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail, and energetic personality make her a valuable addition to the Associated Claim Service team. In her free time, Jordyn enjoys perfecting her photography, showing horses, hunting, and assisting her family with their annual.

Jessie has been with Associated Claim Service for the past 17 years as part of the administrative team. She is passionate about her work and strives every day to learn something new. Jessie loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her two children. During the summer, she spends a lot of time up north at the family cabin and has a favorite vacation spot in Scottsdale, AZ in the winter. In her spare time, she enjoys music, movies, and baking.

About Me

Heather came to Associated Claim Service in November of 2023, having worked as a Servant Leader at various levels for larger corporations in the Fox Valley area. Her experience in industries such as finance, logistics and staffing gives her all the tools that she needs to be able to manage the bookkeeping, HR and marketing sides of the business, support the adjusters to do their work more efficiently and guide the administrative team.

Heather loves spending time with her chosen "tribe:" her husband and his two children, her sister, her best friend, and her 3 cats. She enjoys music, reading and art and is passionate about people. She is deliberate in understanding people at their level and spreading kindness wherever possible.
