Bill Marske enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served 4 years honorably from 1996-2000. Bill began his career as an independent claims adjuster with Associated Claim Service in March of 2001 after completing both basic and intermediate property training courses at the Fox Valley Technical College.
Over the years Bill has gained multi-line experience and has honed his expertise as a property adjuster with over two decades of continuous field experience. Bill was promoted to general manager in 2010 and later became majority shareholder and President of the corporation in 2015.
Bill specializes in the adjustment of residential, commercial, and agricultural property losses. He also investigates contractor liability claims.
Bill has niche experience adjusting losses involving churches and religious facilities. In recent years Bill has gained experience serving as both appraiser and umpire when the appraisal clause is invoked. Bill is proficient with the Xactimate estimating platform and has also completed both Haag Residential and Commercial Roof Inspector courses.
Associated Claim Service is proud to be a long time member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA). Bill serves as a board member of the Wisconsin Fire Loss Association and has since 2014.
James Pohlman joined Associated Claim Service in 2007. He began his career as a multi-line field adjuster in 1997 and over the years has become an expert in the discipline of liability claims. In 2018 Mr. Pohlman was elected vice president of the corporation and is a shareholder. Mr. Pohlman is a seasoned casualty adjuster specializing in field investigations, interviewing & recorded statements and consulting on claims in litigation.
Mr. Pohlman can handle and consult on both first- and third-party liability claims and cases in litigation. He can handle your most serious liability investigations involving multiple injured parties and can triage all aspects of the claim from initial assignment to settlement.
Mr. Pohlman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.

Jake Mangen joined Associated Claim Service in 2015 and specializes in property loss adjusting of commercial, residential and farm related losses. He reports to the Appleton office. Prior to ACS, Mr. Mangen has over 14 years’ experience working for a local restoration contractor which included the roles of estimator, project manager and general manager. Mr. Mangen’s knowledge of restoration and construction has served him well as a property adjuster. Jake is a Haag Certified Residential Inspector. Jake has completed his Texas All Lines Certification. He is also holds adjusting licenses in Minnesota and Michigan. Jake has completed several IICRC Certifications to include FRST – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician, OCT – Odor Control Technician and AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

GREEN BAY 54304 – (2) RESIDENT ADJUSTERS
Mark Neerdaels joined the ACS team in 1999 as a multi-line adjuster. He is a resident adjuster working from his home in Green Bay with a territory primarily in northeastern and northern Wisconsin. Mark commonly travels state-wide handling heavy truck and equipment claims. Mr. Neerdaels is a shareholder of the corporation.
Mr. Neerdaels specializes in property losses to include residential, commercial and farm. He also is a talented vehicle appraiser specializing in tractors, trailers, and heavy equipment of all types. Mark enjoys the challenge of evaluating physical damage to unique or custom pieces of commercial, agricultural and forestry equipment. He also has vast experience evaluating fire trucks and ambulances.
Mark Neerdaels is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College of Green Bay and is ASE and I-CAR certified in 21 related specialty areas. He is an expert appraiser and has experience serving when the appraisal clause is involved. Prior to his insurance career, Mark worked in a body shop building custom vehicles from the ground up.
